Shipping

All orders are typically fulfilled within 1-4 business days. We will contact you if there are any extended delays in shipping your order.

To keep shipping costs low, we offer USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail shipping options during checkout. Delivery times for USPS Ground Advantage are typically 2-7 days after the package is received by the local post office, and 2-5 days for USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipping

At this time we ship our products to Australia, Canada, France, New Zealand, Singapore and the United Kingdom. If you don't see your country on the list and would like to order from us, use our Contact Us form to get in touch with us.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know! Items in salable condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, products must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and include all original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Opened products, such as Menthol Crystals, cannot be returned.

We also do not accept returns on custom orders, special orders, made-to-order quantities, bulk orders, or volume-discounted orders, which are treated as custom.

Coupon Codes

Occasionally, we may offer coupon codes on eligible items for orders above a specified amount. These codes apply to regular retail orders of in-stock items placed through our website. Coupon codes cannot be used on volume-priced or discounted items, custom or special orders, and cannot be combined with any other offer. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue coupon codes at any time.
